Не, ну, блеск ведь, а не текст Фактически весь 2020 год в рождественской песне с надеждой, что уж Рождество мистер Ковид не отнимет.

Мне напоминает The Road To Mandalay and Singing For The Lonely - такие яркие и веселые по музыке и грустные по сути.
Все же в новой песне луча надежды больше.

Не знаю, какие строчки нравятся больше.

Вот это смешно: "Santa's on his sleigh, but now he's 2 meters away"
Это тоже смешно: "If you're wondering what I'd like - socks and sanitizer will do fine"
Это красиво, даже Оруэллу нашлось место: "Let's lie to Santa Claus, tell him it's nineteen eighty four"
Это грустно: Sadly some friendsly disappeared"
О наболевшем: "So what are we to do about your FaceTime and your Zooms"
О вере: "You can't take away our season, people gonna take something to believe in..."

Ну и кульминация в бридже: "Почему, ну, почему мы все чего-то ждем. Ведь весь проклятый мир ожидает и планета погрязла в этих думах о "если" и "может быть".

Дай пять, Мистер Уильямс! Но в перчатке!
